1. Return & Exchange Policy
* We offer 7-day easy exchange from the date of delivery.
* Products must be: 
* Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
* With tags and original packaging
* No return/exchange on: 
* Customized products
* Clearance or sale items
👉 Note: We only provide exchange, not refund (you can change this if you want).
2. Refund Policy (Optional)
* Refunds are only applicable if: 
* Wrong product delivered
* Damaged product received
* Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Return/Exchange Charges
* Customer pays ₹80–₹120 for reverse pickup (optional)
* Free exchange if mistake is from our side
5. Cancellation Policy
* Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing
* Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

6. Quality Assurance Policy
* All products go through strict quality checks
* We ensure: 
* Fabric quality (GSM, stitching)
* Print durability
* Size accuracy

7. Size & Fit Policy
* Customers must check size chart before ordering
* No exchange for wrong size selection (or allow one-time exchange)
